Because if it’s over your’s, you’re doing all the thinking and you’ll end up suggesting things from YOUR perspective.

Coaching is about getting the other person to get creative and come up with THEIR ideas and actions. People tend to commit more to their own, self-generated actions!

Be the coach to your team…not the super-hero that answers all their questions. Build their resilience not their reliance on you!
