What is 1-1 business coaching? 

1-1 coaching is designed for business owners who are committed to achieving measurable results for their business.

The sessions will help you to Identify your core drivers, isolate behaviours, understand the gaps in your business, implement strategy and experience results as well as upskilling you and your team in certain areas of weakness. We will look at your strengths and to see if we can harness them to generate greater results within your business.

Who is it for?

Generally it’s for people that have run their business for a number of years that have maybe plateaued or are unsure of what the next step is. Key areas we focus on

  • Creating a long term vision for the business.
  • Understand and identify core cultures.
  • 12 month goals identified.
  • 90 day action plan created
  • Bi-weekly sessions that will focus on Education, Implementation and review to keep you and your business on track.

What should my expectations be?

Your first expectation should be the coaching pays for itself within 6 months (Provided you stick your end of the bargain).
