My philosophy in business is best explained using a formula:

R + R = R + R

RESULTS  + RELATIONSHIP  =  RETENTION + REFERRAL

So what does this mean?

A business done right is one that creates customer loyalty through building a tribe of Raving Fans who want to tell others about you. That’s the RETENTION and the REFERRAL bit!

If that’s the end-goal we’re all looking to secure then our focus has to be on the things that make this happen. As a client you’ll have outcomes you’re looking to achieve through coaching, so our focus has to be on your RESULTS. You’ll also want to enjoy the experience of coaching as we travel that road together so the RELATIONSHIP we have needs to be strong.

So everyday my focus is on 2 things:

  1. What do we need to do to get you to where you want to be?
  2. How do we ensure we have fun along the way?

Most website ABOUT pages tend to be filled with chest-beating ‘fluff’ about company history and achievements. You might be interested in that and so we can chat about mine when we meet.
