How do you respond when things aren’t quite right in your team?

Do you shrug your shoulders and ask yourself “why don’t they just ‘get it’?

Do you start to point the finger of blame towards the team?

Or do you have a growth mindset and look to the root cause of the issue (it’s very likely to be YOU!) and do something about it so that it doesn’t happen again?

Delighted to have received some work through from a client who has (thankfully) done the latter.
