The group coaching program meets on a fortnightly basis for 2 hours and educates members on the key building blocks of the ActionCOACH 6 Step Framework. This is the proven framework that has helped thousands of SMEs around the world. Subjects covered:

The focus for the program is tilted towards education and is based on the belief that in order for your business to grow, you have to grow first. So, education is critical. The sessions will be facilitated by your ActionCOACH and there will be plenty of time to ask questions, hear from others and share your own perspective. It’s a learning environment after all and the best way we learn is to encourage participation and fun! You’ll be provided with plenty of tools, templates and online resources and the focus between sessions is for you to implement what you learn. Learning is one thing, Doing is another. And because there’s 2 weeks between sessions there’ll be plenty of time for you to make tangible progress on what you learn.

Are training sessions via Zoom effective?
Surprisingly so! Prior to Lockdown, Zoom courses were not something we offered however experience has now shown us that clients see some major benefits in an online course over a live in-person course namely:
- more focus from delegates
- improved note-taking
- more diary flexibility
- less travel time
Our view is quite simple. Coaching works whether it’s face-to-face or done online. Yes there are differences but ultimately – as in life – you get out what you put in. If you go into anything with the right attitude and create the right environment for yourself then you tend to achieve better outcomes. What you focus on expands!
Strategy Session
We’ve realised as we ask business owners “where do you want your business to be in 3-5 years?” that very few people have a clear idea, let alone an actual written plan. Most people think of a business plan as a hefty document that’s hard to create and even harder to implement, but it doesn’t have to be. An Strategy Day (also known as an Alignment Planning Day) is a fantastic way to take one day out of your business to work on creating a clear plan for 3-5 years forward. Everyone leaves saying that it’s the best day they ever had. They have clarity on what they are going to do… and they can’t wait to get started!
For larger businesses with 5-100 team members you’ll want our full attention to guide and facilitate your day. You might be the Business Owner working on this in isolation, but more likely you’ll want one or more senior team members to work with you – the choice is yours. We’ll help you review and refresh your vision of where you’ll be in 3-5 years. We’ll look at your key challenges and opportunities and create a schedule containing the significant goals that will achieve it.
