Group Coaching

This is a coaching program for a maximum of 4 business owners at a time and it’s just the support your business needs right now!
Why? It’ll deal with whatever is right in front of you AND what you might not realise is important (yet).
Wouldn’t it be great to participate in a coaching program that only ever needed to focus on the strategic and developmental parts of running your business?
But the reality is, sh*t happens! And what if you don’t know how best to deal with it? It needs to be handled, right?
Your coach has expertise in adapting each session to be both reactive to the needs of the group, whilst also ensuring a proactive focus to ensure that you’re taking the right steps to build your brighter future.
Your coach will always have an eye on the ActionCOACH Business Operating System, which is the system we install into your business to ensure it ultimately runs profitably and smoothly without you needing to be there.

As an owner you’ll be looking for coaching support in one of these areas

1. We know we need a plan but we don’t have one yet!
     Typically you’re looking to pull your team together to set goals for the year ahead and to create a prioritised action plan to make it happen!
2. We’re making sales but it would be better if we had a more predictable way of getting customers
    This is where you’ll benefit from having a clear understanding of who you want to have as customers, a lead generation plan that generates sufficient enquiries and a sales process that converts well
3. Being blunt, we see money in the bank but we don’t really understand our numbers
    Like many owners, you know that you need to have a better grip on the key financials of your business but it’s one of those things you keep kicking down the line (until now!)
4. Despite now having a decent sized team, no-one in the team has ever had any formal training into how to lead and manage people. We’re doing our best with what we know. 
    Your business will thrive when your people are focused and passionate (that’s Leadership) and when they’re competent and productive (that’s Management). You’ll become better at both!
5. I’m working ridiculously hard and I can’t see how to change things to allow me to have some time off and to have the peace of mind that everything’s OK when I’m not there.

When you establish the discipline of regular coaching sessions, you experience for yourself what you can implement with your team

Coaching sessions are fortnightly for 2 hours per session at the ActionCOACH coaching office.
Coaching works when:
1. You’re focused. And that’s why we insist on you being prepared for each session (meaning, you’ve completed your actions from last session and you’ll know what you want to get from the next session)
2. You’re organised. It’s expected that you’ll attend every session. As the saying goes “Change happens in the diary”. Sessions are diarised and protected. We don’t do excuses!
3. You’re disciplined. Coaching works because of it’s consistency. Every session will educate you (but you must take responsibility for seeking out the learnings) and every session will hold you accountable (but it’s not school. You don’t want to be spoon-fed).

Investment:
£600+VAT per month
Sessions:
Monday 3-5pm every fortnight
Venue: 
ActionCOACH Coaching Office, Swanston Brasserie, Edinburgh, EH10 7DS
Payment:
Invoices are raised on 24th of the month for payment on 1st. Payment is made on the 1st for the forthcoming month. Payment discounts are available as follows:
        • 3 months in advance: 5%
        • 6 months in advance: 10%
