Coaching Block

At this time of year it always happens.

Business owners are looking for coaching support in one of four areas:

1. We know we need a plan but we don’t have one yet!
     Typically you’re looking to pull your leadership team together to set goals for the year ahead and to create a prioritised action plan to make it happen!
2. End of Year reviews are coming up but we’re not great at having them!
    This is where you’d love your managers to be equipped with the skills to have effective coaching conversations with team members so they’re fired up for the year ahead
3. It’d be great to have the full team together for a team day
    As you review the year and get the team ready for the following year, you want to team to reflect on their own personal performance and contribution
4. There are some key individuals who we want to support and develop 
    You might have a cohort of people who you have ear-marked as “top talent” and you want to invest in their development or there may be others who would benefit from particular development support

More times than not it’s for two or three of these reasons and that’s why I’ve packaged things up in a Coaching Block.

You decide the best way to invest the Coaching Block in your team.
You might want to run a leadership planning day, equip your managers with coaching conversation skills and have 5 coaching sessions for you and/or your team
Or
You might not want team sessions at all but instead have individual coaching sessions for you and/or selected people in your team
You get the jist!
There’s loads of ways you can cut it.

I reckon there’s 8 combinations (below) but you might think of a different combo that I haven’t.

Investment: £6000+VAT

Full days sessions can be held in your office or a venue you choose. Or (depending upon numbers) at the coaching office.

Payment is in-full upon commencement of Coaching Block.
