But living in Edinburgh and working in Birmingham and London 4 days a week, with 2 young children needed to change and frankly I also wanted to act on my long-held dream to âdo my own thingâ.
During my journey to find what âdoing my own thingâ would ultimately look like I met with ActionCOACH and discovered the business coaching industry and Iâm pleased to say itâs been one of the best decisions Iâve ever made.
Itâs an over-used clichĂ© to say âI want to help peopleâ but the reality is, business coaching IS about helping people and, as an industry it will only survive if business owners get results. I love this level of accountability. My business will only succeed if my clients succeed. This just makes total sense to me.
