But living in Edinburgh and working in Birmingham and London 4 days a week, with 2 young children needed to change and frankly I also wanted to act on my long-held dream to “do my own thing”.
During my journey to find what “doing my own thing” would ultimately look like I met with ActionCOACH and discovered the business coaching industry and I’m pleased to say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
It’s an over-used cliché to say “I want to help people” but the reality is, business coaching IS about helping people and, as an industry it will only survive if business owners get results. I love this level of accountability. My business will only succeed if my clients succeed. This just makes total sense to me.
