A coaching session will typically last for one hour during which we’ll do 3 things – Review. Discuss. Agree.
We’ll review progress on the key actions from the previous session. We’ll discuss obstacles, brainstorm solutions, teach tactics and strategies and then we’ll agree on the most important action(s) to work on until the next session.
Coaching happens during pre-agreed, recurring sessions in the diary which provide an opportunity to speak freely and honestly, to focus and to get the necessary accountability to help move things forward.
The coaching session will be one of the highlights of your week! Sessions are either face to face or via ZOOM.
