in order for your business to grow, you and your team need to grow and the only way you do this is through education.
By learning things you gain different perspectives, you start to challenge your ways of thinking, you start to try new things and in doing this you start pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone – this is where growth happens.
So, if you say you don’t have time to read, listen or watch stuff then you’re saying you don’t have time to grow.
